Rice Packs

Soothe any aliment with these versatile hot or cold rice packs.

Enjoy the natural home remedy for heat and cold for your aches and pains. Rice packs are stuffed with rice and are microwave or freezer safe. Made with fun and colorful flannel fabrics, they are soft to the touch and unscented.

The design is my own. I cut the flannel out by hand. Next I use my sewing machine to bring the front and back together. Two thirds of the pack is filled with rice to allow movement and conformity. I then machine stitch the opening at the bottom close.

The rice packs are available in a wide variety of colors and patterns.

Features of Hot or Cold Rice Packs

  • All the rice packs are made with flannel fabric.
  • Unscented. However, essential oils can be used with the hot or cold rice pack. Make sure you follow directions and use a carrier oil to avoid skin discomfort.

Care

  • DO NOT WASH! Spot clean with a damp rag.

How to Use Your Rice Pack

  • For a hot pack: place in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • For a cold pack freeze for 2-3 hours before use. Continue to use over and over as needed.
