Thank you for your purchase from my shop. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be able to return it to me for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for information on processing returns, refunds, exchanges, and exceptions on my return policy.
All returns must be postmarked with thirty (30) days of purchased date. All returned items must be in new and an unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to return your item.
After receiving your item and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. There will be a 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction fee for each refunded order. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom Orders
- Embroidered or Monogramed items
- Face Masks or Face Covers
- Defective or damaged items
- Sale items
